Well, it seems like odd, but that is one of the twist in this episode that will made the viewers think for a while. Well, the patient dies after a surgery at the hospital where she used to practice. It is the time that Megan, were determined to investigate if it was a murder or a malpractice of the surgeon. Near at the final, she was stonewalled at the hospital, when she starts narrowing the victim’s doctor.
